On 30 November 2023, the third workshop organized by the RN1 was held at the Department of Educational Sciences of Roma Tre University, in collaboration with the C.R.es I.E.L.P.O Center, entitled “The University Facing the Digital Challenge: from European Policies to Academic Governance“.
The event was held as part of the study of the sociology of work and organizations.
During the workshop, an in-depth analysis of the university transformation concerning the digital transition was presented, with particular reference to two European projects closely related to the theme: the D-ChallengHE project (Digital Challenge in Higher Education) and the ECOLHE project (E-learning in the European Higher Education Area).
The initiative provided a space for reflection and discussion on the challenge of digital innovation in the academic field, exploring the role of European policies and academic governance. The main topic of discussion was the development of the “Translation into practice” process in the construction of new conventions in the construction of the EHEA.
