The research unit is mainly aimed at research and intervention in wider organizational and community contexts in order to observe and implement forms of empowerment.

The contexts subject to investigation and intervention are wide-ranging institutional and organizational ones, through the analysis of the way in which digital innovations contribute to changing contexts, processes and relationships.
