Technology, Artificial Intelligence and Education: Shaping the Future of Learning - Short programme
On 26–27 February 2026, the University of Link Campus, Rome, will host the International Conference “Technology, Artificial Intelligence and Education Towards the Future of Learning”, organised by RN24/SSTNET – Sociology of Science and Technology Network & RN36 – Sociology of Transformations: East and West.
The thematic panels, running across both conference days, will bring together scholars and practitioners to discuss key issues related to AI and contemporary society, including:
- AI in Education: teaching practices, digital inclusion, formative feedback, and competencies
- AI & Governance: regulation, ethics, privacy, and public policy
- AI Research and Academic Issues: methodologies, inequalities, and innovation
- AI and People & Citizenship: participation, emotions, citizenship and social impact
- AI and Health Inclusion: inclusive learning, wellbeing, and assistive technologies
- AI & Work: lifelong learning, labour transformations, and gender inequalities
- PhD Panel: emerging research and early-career scholars’ perspectives
The attendance is free, the participants’ registration is required for organisational needs.
