We are pleased to announce the open meeting “How e-leadership is changing with AI”, organised by Maria Chiara De Angelis, lecturer at the Laboratory of Empowerment Tools in Organisations, as part of a series of meetings promoted by the chairs of Sociology of Organisations / Sociology of Work and Organisations and Business Organisation at the Department of Education Sciences of Roma Tre University.The event is based on the new book «Come cambia l’e-leadership con l’Intelligenza Artificiale»  (FrancoAngeli, 2025) by Giuseppe Iacono, an expert in innovation and digital skills and coordinator of the Digital Republic programme of the Department for Digital Transformation of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.

During the meeting, Stefania Capogna, Director of the DITES Research Centre of the Link Campus University, will talk to the author about e-leadership, exploring the ethical, social and organisational implications of the momentous transformation currently underway.The initiative aims to promote a shared reflection on how to build innovative, responsible and people-centred leadership, capable of combining the power of emerging technologies with human values and collective well-being.

 The meeting, open to the public, will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Teaching Centre in Via Principe Amedeo 182, room 15.
