The RESKILL Revolution – Pioneering Change in Adult Education project was presented at the TVET Alliance Summit 2025, organised by Skillman.eu, Università Politecnica delle Marche, ETF and Hope Liverpool University.

The initiative, funded by the Erasmus+ programme, aims to promote reskilling in the tourism and hospitality sector, with a specific focus on the digital and green skills needed to cope with the ongoing transformations in the European labour market. The state of the art of the project was illustrated during the Knowledge Exchange and Mutual Learning Workshop realised within the GREEN HOST project, representing an important opportunity for synergy between the two consortia.

The meeting represented a strategic opportunity to strengthen European cooperation and to develop shared responses to one of the most urgent challenges of our time: offering adult workers with low qualifications innovative, accessible and coherent training paths in line with the real needs of the contemporary labour market.
