ASIS 2026: understanding change to tell the stories of people, communities and territories

We are delighted to announce that Link Campus University, together with its DITES research centre, will be taking part in the International School of Sociology (A.S.I.S.) 2026, scheduled to take place in Rome from 14 to 18 September at the Luigi Sturzo Institute. The seventh edition of the International School will be dedicated to the theme “Order, disorder and change” and will bring together scholars and experts from Italian and international universities and institutions.

Social transformations permeate everyday life through work, vulnerability, care, languages, technologies and relationships. Building on these dimensions, the programme offers five days of discussion dedicated to the main processes of change shaping contemporary society.

Topics to be addressed include: the civil economy and the third sector; ecological transition and social vulnerability; care and welfare; work and underemployment; information technologies and social complexity; language; sport and social representations; and shifts in the international balance of power.

This event offers an opportunity for learning, in-depth analysis and interdisciplinary dialogue to understand and interpret the contemporary world, bringing together sociological, economic, cultural and communicative perspectives.
