class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>14th November 2025<\/strong><\/p><p>We are pleased to announce the open meeting <strong>\u201cHow e-leadership is changing with AI\u201d<\/strong>, organised by <strong>Maria Chiara De Angelis<\/strong>, lecturer at the <strong>Laboratory of Empowerment Tools in Organisations<\/strong>, as part of a series of meetings promoted by the chairs o<strong>f Sociology of Organisations \/ Sociology of Work and Organisations and Business Organisation<\/strong> at the Department of Education Sciences of Roma Tre University.The event is based on the new book <strong>\u00ab<em>Come cambia l\u2019e-leadership con l\u2019Intelligenza Artificiale\u00bb<\/em> <\/strong>\u00a0(FrancoAngeli, 2025) by <strong>Giuseppe Iacono<\/strong>, an expert in innovation and digital skills and coordinator of the Digital Republic programme of the Department for Digital Transformation of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.<\/p><p>During the meeting, <strong>Stefania Capogna<\/strong>, Director of the <strong>DITES Research Centre of the Link Campus University<\/strong>, will talk to the author about <strong>e-leadership<\/strong>, exploring the ethical, social and organisational implications of the momentous transformation currently underway.The initiative aims to promote a shared reflection on how to build <strong>innovative, responsible and people-centred leadership<\/strong>, capable of combining the power of emerging technologies with human values and collective well-being<strong>.<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<strong>The meeting, open to the public, will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Teaching Centre in Via Principe Amedeo 182, room 15.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
