The project aims to support low-skilled adult workers in particular, offering concrete tools to address changes in the sector and seize new employment opportunities.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Among the main objectives are:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">designing flexible and personalised learning pathways;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">promoting collaboration between educational institutions, businesses and local stakeholders;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">promoting innovative continuing education practices;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">supporting the transition to more sustainable and digital tourism.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The consortium involves academic partners, training institutions and businesses from different European countries, united by their commitment to reshaping the future of training for work.<\/span><\/p><p><span
