This was the question that the workshop <\/span><b>\u2018Navigating Twin Transitions and Enhancing Civic Engagement in Higher Education\u2019<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, organised by Stefania Capogna and Maria Chiara De Angelis of Link Campus University, sought to answer as part of the international conference <\/span><b>HEAD&#8217;25 &#8211; Higher Education Advances<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, held on 17 June 2025 in Valencia, at the <\/span><b>Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Val\u00e8ncia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It was an intense afternoon full of insights and comparisons between academics, education experts and professionals from all over Europe, united by the common goal of <\/span><b>building a more sustainable, participatory and integrated education.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The workshop was an opportunity to present the ongoing results of the Erasmus+ <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.up2youerasmus.com\/\"><b>UP2YOU <\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">project and was divided into <\/span><b>two thematic tracks<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, each one dedicated to a key perspective of educational transformation:<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Track 1 &#8211; Sustainable Education in the Digital Age: AI-Driven Innovations, Equity and Collaborative Learning Strategies<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A journey through international experiences on the use of Artificial Intelligence, digital feedback and collaborative strategies to make education more equitable, accessible and student-centred.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Track 2 &#8211; Empowering the Twin Transition in VET and Higher Education: Quality Assurance, Micro-Credentials, and Participatory Curriculum Innovation<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A focus on the contribution of higher education and vocational training to the twin transition (digital and green), through concrete tools such as micro-credentials, quality assurance and participatory curriculum innovation.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We would like to thank all the participants for their active involvement and for the quality of the contributions offered, which made the workshop a stimulating moment of discussion and co-design, aimed at imagining new educational scenarios capable of responding to the complex challenges of our time.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Special thanks also go to the organising committee of HEAD&#8217;25, which for the third year running welcomed us and gave us the opportunity to contribute to this important space for international dialogue on innovation in higher
