In line with the enhancement of university teaching skills promoted by the European guidelines on the quality of teaching, the partnership has created a free online training program to improve digital and transversal skills and explore the implications of digital transformation in the university system. The three paths, developed by <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.academia.si\/en\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Academia<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in collaboration with the<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eap.gr\/en\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hellenic Open University<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ku.lt\/ en\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Klaipeda University<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and the<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/iedu.ro\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Institute of Education of Romania<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400; \">, aim to update and improve:<\/span>\n<ul>\n <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">soft skills for\/in the educational relationship;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">digital methodologies and skills for Higher Education;<\/span><\/li>\n <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the possible applications of Artificial Intelligence in the teaching-learning process. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The meetings will be held in three synchronous sessions <\/span><b>from 10 am to 12 pm<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" >, according to
